Lederhosen? Sorry, couldn't resist.
I haven't been to this restaurant, but reading about it, and the reviews, I'd say "smart casual" - no jeans, t-shirts, sweat pants or sweatshirts, but rather a jacket for gentlemen, nice dress or pantsuit for ladies.
