Where are the good bars/cluns in Stafford or surrounding are

I just moved here from San Diego. I am looking to meet people and get out into the nightlife scene. I am not looking for smoke-filled dive bars. I am interested in finding the nicer, more upscale night life scene. Preferably a 20s - young 30s crowd.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
