Hi thanks for reading my request. We are a family of 3 (2 adults 1 toddler) and want to stay in a Villa/apartment with kitchen but within walking distance to a small village with a few restaurants and ideally a weekly market. We will have a rental car and take day-trips. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

We will stay in the Montebeni apartment in June which is in walking distance from Greve. Since we have not stayed there yet, I cannot tell you anything that is not on the website. The owner responds well and quickly to emails.

We (2 adults) stayed in Dolce Ariana apartment at Fattoria Viticchio in just outside of Greve-in-Chianti. It is a winery with several holiday apartments. Apartment was lovely and very short distance from village where there was a weekly market and several restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay at this property again.
