It will be hot, hooot, hoooooot , HOOOOOT all the way. Wear as minimum as you can. Carry an umbrella and plenty of sun screen.

Good God... I am about to go to Rishikesh from Dharmsala tomorrow, April 19th. And its 104 degrees F!!!! It only gets hotter from there. So definately get a place with AC, and stay near the river on the northern end of town, like north of Lakshman Jula. I don't know that this will help, but its what we are going to do! Good luck!
