Don't stay there and don't eat at the Ox Grille Restaurant within the hotel.
Our experiences included:
gave us a room with two double beds, instead of the room with one king that was reserved;
concierge gave us walking directions to a "15 minute walk away" shopping center which we found did not exist;
hot tub broken first two nights of three-night stay;
whenever staff was asked a question, typical answer was "I don't know "and no attempt was made to find answer;
Was not advised of the concierge room available on the 5th floor; worst was the restaurant where the service was unexcusably slow and basically unacceptable and the food was very poor quality and preparation. Most of the staff of this hotel is incompetent.
