Weekend Breakfast Spot-Chantilly/Centreville area-no chains.

Trying to identify a spot for a Saturday morning breakfast in Chantilly/Centreville area.

Don't want the typical chain spots, i.e., IHOP or Bob Evans.

Not interested in Eggspecation off Westfields Blv. (pricey and crowded on weekends)

Not interested in Anita's on Rt. 50. (don't like it)

A family-style place would be great. Would like a waitress, not a deli-style order and sit.

Most of the "off the beaten path" places I know of are obscure and cater more to the M-F work crowd.

Does such an animal exist?
