Lift Tickets

Going to be in PC Mar 16-21; got the lodging covered, got the shuttle covered, got the dining covered (for the most part), just need info regarding lift tickets

Husband and daughter snowboarding (registered for lessons on 17th; will most likely go on their own the remaining time).

I will be snowshoeing and cross country skiing for most part.

Obviously, husband/daughter need lift tickets, but do I?

Also, any info you can give me regarding lift tickets would be greatly appreciated. We're staying at the Sundial Lodge.

If you're staying at Sundial, you're ski in/out at Canyons Resort. Check Liftopia to see what discount opportunities might be available.

You have a variety of free options for cross country skiing, snow permitting, on trails managed by Mountain Trails (mountaintrails.org). White Pine Touring also offers prepared tracks for a small fee. Right now it's a bit sketchy for cross country, although it's available.

Lots of snowshoeing options, again through Mountain Trails. Snow permitting, check out Rob's Trail which is just 10 minutes from Sundial. Good cover in woods that winds its way to some nice overlooks of Canyons. We also like Empire Pass. Drive up the route 224 through Deer Valley and past Montage and Empire Lodge. There's a parking area by the gate. Hike up the road and then at the pass (half mile walk up) you have lots of options up on the ridgeline above Deer Valley. You'll be good on snow mid-March there. All Seasons Adventures can also set you up with guided tours.

Have fun.
