Time Zone -Kanab vs Grannd Canyon North Rim

Confused with time zones

In June

When traveling from Kanab to Grand Canyon North Rim do I need to change my watch? If so ahead or back?

Grom GCNR guess will be going into the Navajo Indian Nation over to Monument Valley - does that require clock change in June - ahead or behind

Than back up to Utah - does that require clock change - ahead or behind

In June;

Turn your watch back an hour when traveling from Kanab to the GCNR. Extra time to explore at the canyon.

Turn your watch forward an hour somewhere between GCNR and Monument Valley. Theoretically when entering the Navajo Nation but it doesn't matter too much until you need to be somewhere on time like a tour at MV or a restaurant reservation.

No difference between Navajo Nation, Monument Valley and Utah.

Noel has told you what to do about setting your watch, but the truth is, you should just take off your watch and leave it in your suitcase. The hour doesn't matter. Just manage your day according to the sun. Time is irrelevant.

Just bin case you are looking for an Antelope Canyon tour in Page on the way to MV. Page has same time as GC and so has Antelope Canyon.
