Sandcastle Condo. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The place is very nice & clean and you have all the amenities of home. The view of the Gulf is fantastic and they have a boardwalk to the beach. It is near downtown PA. I found this place to be the best place to stay in PA it is shaped as a horseshoe (U Shape) so everyone gets a good view.

Agree with Pruske. We stayed at the Sandcastle one week in october. For best views take a condo at the north wing as close to the beach as possible(5 floors, the higher the better views) Also north wing is better because winds usually coming from the NE.

Woodyfam - a little more info might help. Do you have kids? Do you want walking beach access or are you willing to drive? Prefer near town for the action or further away and quiet?

I like Seashell Village http://www.seashellvillage.com/ but its not on the beach. The have large rooms, more like apartments.

Sandcastle is also like an apartment with a balcony.
