November activities & tips.....Villa suggestions too

Thinking of doing a 3 day trip in early November. Family of 4 including 2 teens. Need some ideas for activities . Is it worth it to fly down from NJ at this time of year? Any chance of some warm beach weather?

We enjoy restaurants, mini-golf, sight-seeing.

We need a resort that has 2 bedrooms & 3 beds....clean & modern near the beach....thank you for any suggestions

If you are going to fly, I would also look into the rates going to South Florida. November can be 50/50 in terms of beach weather. The ocean, pretty much by then, is too cold for swimmming.

There is not a lot of sight seeing to do in Myrtle Beach, (unless T-shirt shops and pancake houses are your thing). Charleston SC would be a better option for that, which would require you renting a car.

Plenty of mini-golf and and most restaurants will be open.

For resorts, this time of year, plenty to choose from...With Teens, I would recommend either the Breakers, Anderson Beach Resort or the Carribean, all are on the beach and plenty to do within walking distance: Bars, Restaurants, Pier 14, Boardwalk...And Broadway at the beach a cheap cab ride away.
