What is there to do? Too cold to swim? Thanks!

Do you golf? Plenty of courses there. Everything is pretty much still open (well, maybe not water parks). Broadway at the Beach....and Barefoot Landing. Hours will be reduced though. Close earlier in the evening. We were in MB last Nov. 18-20. Gorgeous weather. 70's and sunny. But, you just never know.

Walking on the beach is great but the ocean is too cold forcawiming and the pools will be closed unless they are indoors. Early November can be nice but by Thanksgiving the weather can be quite chilly - don't expect to lay out on the beach unless you are sheltered from the wind.

If you want to swim, indoor pools are common and outdoor hot tubs very popular at many of the resorts. We've seen people in the ocean in November, December and January - just not us. We southerners like our water warmer. Walking on the beach is great. Restaurants aren't as crowded. Great time to be in Myrtle Beach!

Thanks all. No golfers, but hoping water still warm enough first weekend in November. But if not, there is a hot tub and indoor pool. What else is there to do outside the resort besides golf and bars and restaurants?

Lots of shows to see. See link on left for Things To Do. You can still enjoy walking Brookgreen Gardens.
