Best seafood restaurants around North Myrtle Beach |
|
We're going for the first time and enjoy good seafood (not necessarily fancy or expensive, but good!) restaurants. Any recommendations including Little River or Calabash? Report as inappropriate |

There has been a few threads (maybe a few pages back now) regarding recommendations for seafood you may want to check out... A few of my favourites...especially in Little River and Calabash: Crab Catchers in Little River --- GREAT fish Fry...whatever the catch of the day is, fried up "calabash" style with great fries, slaw and "puppies", out on the deck overlooking the waterway, they have live music usually on weekends! Ask for Tim or Tony...they'll take great care of you! Capt Jules' Hurricane...its one of the oldest restaurants in the area...right along the waterway in Little River..great food, really good hush puppies! Chianti South --- some excellent Italian food! I mean REAL Italian..plus one of the best wine lists in the area! They've been listed in Wine Spectator several times. The Boundary House - Calabash. Edd Cribb's newest restaurant --- a long time Grand STrand Restauranteur, started at New York Prime...its a new place in Calabash, but really great! There' Becks in Calabash...a regualr seafood diner or the Grapevine...both are good. Cafe Lattte Calabash --- Emma and her crew really do some interesting things here... Parsons Table is another excellent choice in Little River. Has had a number of rave reviews in some of the top food magazines! And just to say one of the best, least expensive seafood places in Myrtle Beach is Ms Fish, downtown Myrtle Report as inappropriate | ||||||
