I have never been to Crabby Mike's. Original Benjamins is really good. Crabby Mikes is south in Surfside Beach. There are 2 Original Benjamin locations one in Surfside and one on restaurant row in northern MB. We have been to both. I like the one to the north the best. It has a better selection of food. We ate at the Surfside location Friday night. Sometimes they have coupons in the Sun News. That's why we went to the Surfside location because the coupon wasn't good at the north Benjamins.

I forgot to say I think the price is 20+. The coupon was Buy 1 Get 1 free.

We like Crabby Mikes better. We have ate at both before and have just always went back to Crabby Mikes.

I like Seafare which is right up from Crabby Mikes.

Does anyone know the prices for Crabby Mikes and Seafare? I was going to try Seafare because of the pirate theme for my kids, however, I am a little reluctant because of what TA'ers say about the place. I was thinking about taking my family to Crabby Mikes instead.

Original Benjamins will have a pirate greet you at the door.As for choice between Benjamins ands Crabby Mikes ,go to whichever is closer to you.

Adults are around 25 a person at either buffet. We have enjoyed Crabby Mikes more than Original Benjamin's. OB's has been good on some occasions and bad others, Crabby's has been better more consistently. Seafare was absolutely horrible when I visited, and I will not return. You can get a 25 dollar certificate at restaurant.com for OB's for 4 bucks if you register and order at the end of the month, we have used the resturant.com discount many times at OB's, and you can find a 3 or 4 dollar off coupon for Crabby's in the Sunny Day guide in the lobby of any hotel in Myrtle Beach.

I have ate at Seafare also and I agree with ugie. It will not go back there.

Eat at Calabash NC or Murrels Inlet SC and get real fresh seafood with an atmosphere.
