Hello all,

I will be down there over Veteran's Day and want to do a day (or half-day) of some deep sea fishing. Does anyone know any good charter's that go out? I plan to go with 2 other guys and just have some fun. Thanks for your time.

Hey again,

I figured I would give this a bump being that we are getting closer to coming out there. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

I'd strongly suggest a full day.

If you don't mind a little drive....I'd suggest Captain Butch and "Yeah Right Charters" out of Southport,NC. I'd go bottom fishing for grouper and snapper. Take a look at his photos.

Another good choice would be with the McMullans out of Ocean Isle Fishing Center in OI, NC.

There's also several boats out of Calabash, NC and Little River, NC and Murrels Inlet, SC. There are a few head boats that hold a good number of people and they cost $75-100 each. Cheaper route...if you do this, get there early and stake out a position on the back of the boat.
