Best Lodging for Walking-impaired Guy

My friends are meeting us in SJDS where we have rented a house in Pacific Marlin area but it is full so we are locating alternate lodging for them fairly near to us. One of them has trouble walking great distances and lots of stairs. (He's not an old guy just someone with a few leg issues). He would like to be near the beach or a relatively level walk to it in a nice place with a pool. What hotels/BBs/rentals can you all recommend? We are coming mid-November for a week. Gotta mention that he is a go-getter and tries not to let his disability stop him from doing stuff but we want to make it comfortable for him! Thanks for your help!

Try Orquidea del Sur, they have a great pool with an amazing view of the Ocean

Thanks RodolfoNicaragua. Looks amazing on their website but it seems a bit far from SJDS and where we will be staying (Pacific Marlin rental). Was hoping to find flat walking area closer to us and SJDS. It is only one couple so a huge house rental is too much. But your recommendation does look terrific!
