Restaurant midway Cleve/Columbus

Will be driving from east side of Cleveland to Columbus next weekend to shop and eat. Is there a GOOD restaurant about 3/4 of the way to Columbus right off the freeway? Also, can't decide between hotel near Easton and Polaris. We like high end accommodations. Thanks!

Malabar Farm Restaurant is a well-regarded locavore restaurant at Malabar Farm State Park, less than 10 miles off I-71, southwest of Mansfield.

There's also a Der Dutchman Restaurant right off I-71 in Bellville.

The Hilton's at Polaris and Easton are virtually the same.

Easton is the more upscale of the two malls.

Both areas have good restaurant choices. I would rate them the same.

I prefer easton. Haven't been to the hotels, but the Hilton's are surely nice. I just think Easton has a nicer atmosphere and Polaris feels more like a mall.

I booked polaris and that was a big mistake. Should have stayed at easton. Polaris is nothing special, same stores as every other city.

Despite all the recommendations we ended up at Perkins for the convenience. But the real disappointment has been all the restaurants in Columbus that we tried. Nothing stood out. Among them - Eddie Merlot's and Mitchell's Steak. Thanks for asking!
