Can you tell me what type of foods to expect on the Buffets? I'm not concerned about the ala carts but we have two teenagers going that I'm concerned won't find anything they like on the buffets. Thanks so much!

I can still tell you what is at the buffet. It rarely changes.

hot dogs, hamburgers, some deep fried jalapnos, cheese sticks fries, onion rings.

they will have another section with alvacados filled with fish paste. they will have some fish cooked up, fried pork, usually had beef (not always) sometimes chicken (or both) there usually was some pasta soaking in butter sauce. some breads, salad bar (sometimes it had only 5 items sometimes 12). sometimes there was rice... they had a fruit area, with a few different kinds, but not always. One day they didn't have bananas or pinapple, but the next day they did. There is also a dessert section with small pastries and ice cream and cakes.

that was the basics....it never changed. oh ya...one night they had sea shrimp with dinner. some ate it....but next day at breakfast the trap of shrimp was back out! SERIOUSLY! what was even more funny, was watching some guy eat it for breaky... whatever does it for you.

Please tell me that there is fresh pico de gallo and guacamole.........I could live on that for a week!!!

We arrive on 7th Feb and are only there for a week. Is it best to book the al a carte as soon as we arrive and which would you suggest to try first to get things off to a good start. Also in relation to dress are short sleeve formal shirts ok, I read somewhere short sleeve aint allowed?
