Hey erniedfireguy!!!

So far, we know that the resort that opens in July is the first of 4, it is located in Puerto Adventuras, this particular section is an A/I resort, apparently all-suite with jacuzzi's on each balcony. I have also noticed the deals out there, they are fantastic!!!! The link from 410 is great it will give you a 3 page brouchure to download which goes through all of the resorts ammenities!!! Looks like it will be quite nice. I too am trying to decide whether or not to book it for Oct 06. Its either Sirenis, Secrets Ex or the Grand Esmerelda. So many resorts, so little time!!!!!!!!

I have a party of 10 people booked here from 10/12/06 through 10/20/06. And it was a screamer deal. W e paid $966.00 PP for 8 nights and 9 days. It is scheduled to open 7/1/06. Only 4-5 of the resturants will be open then with the others opening after the first year. There is bound to be some mishaps with it being such a brand new place, but by Oct the will have worked a lot of them out. And from what I am being told the time to book here is within the first 6 months. They will be very eager to please everyone because this is the first of 4 of these resorts. It is worth the gamble to us. Anyone that goes before Oct please let me know what you thought. Jessica

Hey 410!!!!

For the week that we want, Sept 30th to Oct 7th it is $2300 CAD including all taxes and airfare for 2 passengers, and that is now!!! It will most likely drop closer to August. For a Toronto departure that is an awesome deal!!! Want to see some of the reviews first before I book. But with the description and pictures available now, it looks beautiful, have a feeling the price will go way up after the first 6 months so we want to get in early.

Trippin69-

I too am looking at going to the Grand Sirenis in Feburary. What travel agent did you go through to get that price? I am looking at $1800 /pp and that is the cheapest I've found I'm leaving out of Halifax.

Thanks ORLady

selloffvacations.com has the best fares from Canada, regardless of your gateway city. We got $2100 CDN per person for 2 weeks, tax included, in early December from Vancouver. While you lot are going through full contact Christmas shopping, we'll be basking in carefree Caribbean water.

Hi ORlady!!!

So far for what I have checked, Feb 15th is the cheapest day to fly out of and it is $1600pp. Unfortunately because it is Feb and the high season you will pay more. The begining of Oct is considered the low season that is why the prices are so great. As far as the travel agency I book through, we have a family travel business, it is called Preferred Travel (705)727-4533, PreferredTravel.ca. I always travel in June and Oct for the best prices, its crazy how low the prices get, so far Sunquest has the cheapest prices.
