We just returned, we were in building 1800 and the Bathroom had the hole in the wall into the main room. Yes you could put a sheet or something over the hole. I have read here that some rooms have had some form of privacy wall/glass installed.

It was kind of freaky. As even thought there was a hole in the wall, you still always closed the bathroom door..

Throw a few thumbtacks into your suitcase and either bring along a cheap dollar store shower curtain or grab a sheet off the housekeeping cart.

Funny enough, there is also a lock on the bathroom door...

I was there in January and although it wasn't an issue for us, other guests told us they phoned housekeeping and they came up to the room and put up a sheet. This is always an option for you. Also, there are some rooms with frosted glass installed in the hole and you could request one of those. Just talk to your travel agent or e-mail or phone the GS and request one of those rooms.

I have heard some people just used thumb tacks and put sheets over it... i heard they are going to put frosted glass there in some of the rooms. there was a bunch of talk about it on the forums on my site..
