Has anyone been to this brand new hotel/restaurant/bar/scene in Montauk? Apparently Sam Talbot is the executive chef (top chef finalist) of the restaurant - certainly a reason to check it out. Have heard that it's getting a mixed reception in the Montauk world - for being a bit, how should i phrase it - unmontaukish? But that could be a good thing.
anyway - planning a trip there this July and would love any feedback - local or otherwise.
