Our family had a blast at the Loj. A very comfortable cabin with plenty of room. yes, it is on a main road but there is plenty of grounds to play on. We had our entire family playing baseball and frisbee on the front lawn.

we stayed last summer for a week and just booked a week next month. There is too much to do in the area and we kept busy the whole week with hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, shopping and just hanging out.

Most nights we slept with the door open, or in a tent under the pines. Security in the Adirondacks is worrying about coyotes not burglars.

Leaving the Loj is the only disappointing experience we had.
