Stayed at Seacrest too long ago to know if my impression would be accurate for now, but we liked it at the time (1984!) Do be careful, though. Not all rooms have an ocean view. Some have a "recessed side view"...and there are some rooms that are in the back and only look out onto what was a cement slab labeled a sun deck.
In '84 it WAS nice, clean, children only allowed on 1st floor so there weren't many, so it was rather quiet. We had pool and ocean view from our non-private deck area but the table & chairs inside the room were by the window and looked out onto the ocean and had a fairly decent sunset view. We could see the dolphin watch cruise boat sit off shore and could see the dolphins as well. Room was quite spacious for two people with a combined living/dining kitchen area and the separate bedroom with 2 beds. If I recall correctly, a small sort-of bay window in bedroom also had a bit of an ocean view.
