Are the decorated homes available to everyone or do you have to purchase tickets through capemaymac.org?

As I recall you do have to join a tour to enter the decorated homes. It's a very nice tour and the homes are beautifully decorated.

The interior of the B andB 's are only available thorough the MAC tickets. We did this several years ago and did not have enough time to visit all the sites (as I recall, there were over 20). The tour was still well worth the price.

The exterior of the homes are also beutifully decorated and are visible for free.
