Many restauarants are closed that day.
I know of two that are open-
Stonehurst Manor in N Conway and Thompson House in Jackson. There are probably others and most require reservations.
I believe their menu's and prices are on the web sites.
The Eagle Mt House in Jackson also is serving a Thanksgiving meal.
We had dinner at the Thompson House Eatery in Jackson last year and it was wonderful! We are headed back this year...
Very over priced and small servings to boot . At the Thompson House
White Mountain Hotel, off the West Side Road in Hale's Location, has a nice (casual fancy) dining room with a nice view across the valley to Mt Cranmore...
Their Thanksgiving menu sounds interesting (but maybe a bit pricey).... You can check it out at:

Have never been there for Thanksgiving holiday meal, but have enjoyed some good Sunday brunch's there in the past....
I would have to disagree about the serving size at Thompson House. We ended up taking leftovers back to our hotel to heat up for later. I don't recall the price of the meal but it was a holiday so it's a special day for us. I was more interested in having a nice formal meal rather than a all you can eat type place. But there are those too if thats what you are looking for!
How about the Mountain View Grand in Whitefield? It would be a beautiful drive there/back to NC also.
Thank you everyone for the great suggestions. Most places were full but we were able to get reservations at the Wildcat Tavern. I am also on a waiting list at White Mountain Inn which is where I really want to go. Hopefully I will get a call from them in the next couple of days.
Thanks again!

I recommend going a little south to Meredith and go to the Hart Turkey Farm Restaurant. We have been there several times on Thanksgiving Day and it was the best homemade turkey dinner with all the fixings. Beware of the line, however, since folks come from even Massachusetts.
