Don't use this company. Completely unethical. We rented a Viper and a Mustang from them. Didn't get far and 2nd gear went out in the Viper just driving down the strip. They accused us of abusing the vehicle and charged our credit card $1,500. This is 3 months later and they just got if fixed and they won't release the mechanical report on this car. We own two classic cars and did not abuse their vehicle. We believe the gear was damaged prior to our renting the vehicle. They have been awful to work with and we can't get this resolved.

We had a bad experience too with dream Car rentals 18months ago!! I booked one car and on the same day changed my mind and changed it to the Dodge viper. They e mailed me back telling me it was all sorted. We picked up the viper when we were in Vegas for my husbands 40th Birthday...the car was not in the condition we`d expected, but it didnt break down. When we returned to England, I was charged for not picking up the 'first' car id picked as they said i had not cancelled it, even though I had the guys name who had in deed cancelled it for me.I argued that why didnt anyone challenge us on the day if they thought we had booked '2' cars on the same day?? It was pathetic, It was just a farce!! I then had a battle lasting ages and many quite abusive e mails to get the money refunded back to my credit card and even threatened them with the police for using my credit card fraudulently!!...that seemed to do the trick as I finally got the money refunded. NEVER again!! It turned my husbands suprise present into a nightmare trip!! We are returning to Vegas in May for our 20th wedding anniversary....we will stick to a Gondola ride this time!!!

Looks like I am the third person to leave a review for them and all three are negative so you might want to look elsewhere. ;)

Anways what happened... Waited over an hour at the airport for their "shuttle ride." After an hour we called to make sure it was comming still and they said yes it is on it's way now and that now it will be a different car comming to pick us up then they had originally said. (Very unorganized, but this story isnt even half over.) Then we get to the place and wait in line for a bit only to be told that we need to go to their other location. We finally rented the car. Then upon returning the car we asked for a shuttle ride back to the airport and told there were no shuttle rides adter 5pm (it was 7pm, not an unreasonable time to go to the airport) and they waited until then to tell us. So we has to run down the Las Vegas strip with our luggage and find a taxi ring to get to the airport.

Just go with a place at the airport, or if you must have a sports car DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

I think we got the Viper you had. 2nd was almost out. (the first one we tried idled so badly we returned it before we even left the parking lot!!!!!!0 My husband used to drive and detail Vipers in high school. He also went to the Skip Barber Driving School twice and learned how to drive/race Vipers. They accused us of damaging the bumper on our Viper rental. The employee eventually admitted he ran it into a curb--which happened right in front of us. But with the hour it took to get our rental we didn't notice he put the damage on the wrong side of their damage sheet. I WAS EXTREMELY mad at this place and would not recommend it to anyone. Also, it appears they may charge you for repairs but don't actually repair the damage. Or the person before us really trashed the car if you know what I mean. Too little car for too too too much money. We had also rented a Lotus from Enterprise in Vegas at the same time and had a great experience. Don't think about going to this place or at least be very very very picky when pointing out damages. Which I thought we were being. The cars are not that nice---the pictures look a lot nicer on the web.

Stay away at all costs. I rented two at the same time (Ferrari 348 and Viper for my brother). They check over the prior damage sheets in about 3 seconds. When you come back, they get out a magnifying glass. Tried to charge me for damage to Viper front bumper that I have pictures of when we picked up the car showing the few scratches / paint chips.

Unlike others here, I did have a problem with the ferrari. Hit a dip in the road while driving and damaged the front bumper. They saw it and said should only be about $1k to fix. Few months later, insurance is charged $2500 and I personally am charged $1900 for deductable plus loss of rental fees.

While I was there, I saw one employee scrape the viper bumper over a speed bump in the parking lot and 2 minutes later, the manager of the place took an H2 over one of those concrete bars they lay in front of parking spaces. They are reckless with their cars and try to charge you for damage you didn't do. The damage you are responsible for get hugely inflated.

Also, I was accused of stealing the ferrari floor mats which were in the front trunk when I got the car, and the viper we got didn't have a door handle on the inside. These cars are cool, but they were all beat up and they try to kill you with charges. Its totally not worth it, avoid this company at all costs.

AVOID THESE CROOKS!!

Rented the AC Cobra replica for my wedding day for a 24hr time slot! The handbrake did not work. the lights had to be on at all times for the indicator to work. The Rev counter went round all the way continuously like a stop watch. the Speedo was indicating about 50% more than what I was doing. The fuel gauge went up and down like a yoyo but very slowly! I didn't want to accept it but it was planned for a photo shoot.

After a few hours I was heading to the first location for photos. WIth the fuel gauge being useless I filled up before setting off down the Interstate. After a couple of miles down the Interstate the front tyre burst! I was doing about 60mph!! I obviously pulled over as best I could and then searched for a spare tyre only to find that there wasn't one and that the boot had one broken hinge and was only held in place with the remaining hinge and the lock!

I WAS RENTED A DEATHTRAP!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!

I contacted them and they were sending help. I called them back after a short while and told them I wasn't waiting any more and had a friend pick me up. They eventually towed it away.

The next day I went in to deal with the bill. I was presented with a receipt and told its $81 for the tyre $62 for fuel, and theres nothing that can be done! I was told to call back sometime and ask for a manager!!

I was billed for the full 24 hours rental ($375), tyre ($81 then for some reason another $81) then $62 for fuel, when the tank was full!!!!

The receipt said I did about 35 miles and used half a tank of fuel!!!!

I eventually spoke to the general manager Ted who accused me of driving too long on a flat tyre and caused some damage! - (has anyone successfully drove anywhere on a completely blown tyre on an Interstate??). When I complained that i only had it about 5 hours yet I was billed for 24 hours I was told a replacement was on its way but because I had a friend pick me up I didn't want it. I queried if they had a second Cobra and he said no!! so what he was sending I've no idea!!

After a week of trying to get hold of him to resolve my dissatisfaction he offered half the rental fee back but the other charges remained!!

So I was billed $81 twice for a tyre and $62 for fuel that I didn't use (in fact I gave them fuel!)

Bottom line AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY ARE CROOKS WITH BADLY MAINTAINED CARS!

THANKS FOR RUINING MY BIG DAY DREAM CAR RENTALS!

I agree don't use this company. We rented a car, we arrived in the morning they where late and we had an appointment to make. The car we rented was in bad condition scratches, dents, ect as well as many of their other cars. It would hardly start and sounded awful we refused to take it in fear of it breaking down. We ended up taking a newer car due to our time crunch. They did not offer us a deal or feel bad. Do not use them.

I am heading over to Vegas from Australia later this year and I was going to use this company as their web site looks great etc but after reading this and TWO other blogs PLUS if you type their name into google maps there is even a warning there from a unhappy person I am not going anywhere near them! Is there any company that anyone would recomend for an Exotic rental in Vegas (Cost is not important)I am traveling half way accross the world and do not want my vacation screwed beacuse of an arguement with some drip.

Me too ..

I rented an Ultra Classic Harley - For a bike with 8,000 miles it sure felt like it had 100,000 on it . Although I enjoyed the trip & it was a great ride, I lost the key ( you don't need a key to run the bike) THey charged me 150.00 for a new key - ( value 15.00) - THis was not an electronic key , just a cheap barrel key..

So it looks like they are into adding on the extras ... be careful.
