Paris Las Vegas

Stayed at Paris Las Vegas from Jan18-20. Fabulous hotel in a Fabulous location; right across from the Bellagio Fountains. Le Buffet was great although I found the casino area to not have that excitement or real casino feel. i.e. MGM grand casino/bellagio/mirage seem to have lower ceilings thus more of that casino noise I prefer. Standard room at the Paris nothing special but again it's the location I was looking for. E. Tower has awesome views of the strip. Give the Paris a 9/10.

Thanks CanadianMountie!! I'll be going in just 27 days. There isn't much mentioned about Paris for some reason. Although I did do a post and got some response. We are also going for three days. Does it seem to go too fast? How did you get from the airport to Hotel? Any other little tid bits you could share would be greatly appreciated. Cindy

whatnow, the cab lines at the airport can be very long at peak arrival times (i.e., Thursday/Friday night), don't know of a good option for avoiding this. The airport is very close to the strip, so once you get a cab the drive is just a few minutes. You can check in at the Paris/Ceasar's Palace registration desk at the airport. This will save time if you arrive on a busy night. Ask for a room away from the elevators, and one witha Strip/pool view if possible. Food and the little convenience store can be a ripoff. If you just want toiletries or bottled water, etc., go to the CVS Pharmacy just down the street. I had a great time at Paris Las Vegas last October. It was nicer than Bally's and the cheaper hotels just north of it, but it was much less expensive than Bellagio and Ceasar's. The line for the buffet can be long, so get there when it opens or wait till a little before it closes. Enjoy your trip!
