We will be visiting KC this weekend (Nov 30 - Dec 1). I would appreciate any suggestions for a fun activity that would appeal to both a 17 year old and a 6 year old. We are staying at Coco Key Holiday Inn, so hanging out at the pool is a fallback plan.
I'd suggest going downtown to the College Basketball Experience at the Sprint Center. It's awesome for kids, teenagers and adults. It's hands on and also has the College Basketball Hall of Fame.
Another may be the WWI Museum and then going to the top of the Liberty Memorial.
The Negro League Baseball Museum is very cool in the 18th and Vine area if your kids are into baseball.
