I am planning a college visit to Park University with my daughter and we are looking for suggestions on a nice hotel that doesn't cost a fortune. We will be there the first weekend of December.

Parkville is a nice little town, close to KC, and has experienced alot of growth and development since we first started going years ago to that area.

The University is nice and town is nice, but not many hotels are close. Your best bet is a hotel near KCI Airport about 7-9 miles straight North on I-29. Plus you'll be next to Zona Rosa shopping and entertainment district with plenty of places to eat. Are you driving or flying from St. Louis?? If flying then this would be ideal, if driving it's still your best bet. Hope this helps.

Sorry, forgot to tell you that most of the hotels are located off Tiffany Springs Parkway(Drury Inn, Embassy Suites, Amerisuites) or NW 112th Street(Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express) you have about 25 options.
