Biloxi in September

We are planning a visit to Biloxi in September. I have only been there once and it was about 15 years ago. Im sure a lot has changed. Trying to decide between staying at the Beau Rivage, the Hard Rock or the IP. Which one would you recommend for a couple 45-50 years old? We want a hotel with a very nice pool.

I know a lot of the casinos have free play, gifts, or other comps for signing up for their players card. which casinos offer freebies with a players card? Also, what are the must eat-at restaurants in Biloxi?

Lots of good choices for restaurants! Here's a recent forum thread for some ideas.

I go to biloxie a lot, always stay at the ip, they have the best comps and the most comfortable beds you will ever sleep in, everyone is friendly, their slot machines are loose and their buffet is excellent,a

, also a very nice pool and a large hot tube that overlooks the bay.i stayed at the beau rivage once and everyone was snooty and mostly tight dollar machines, hard to find quarter or penny machines there, although the room are more luxury.there use to be shuttle buses for all the hotels, but not anymore, have to take a taxi from airport which costs 45.00 one way, does anyone know of any cheaper transportation to the ip?

My choice would be the Beau or Hard rock. These 2 casinos are next to each other both have nice pools. You can walk to nice restaurants in downtown Biloxi from here such as The Half Shell. Try the grilled oysters here. Their is a Waffle House across the street for a cheap breakfast. The IP location just not as good .

I just googled "Biloxi Casino Hopper" and got the website of Coast Transit. It looks to me that the shuttle is still in operation.

I use it every time we go to Biloxi for free transportation to most of the Biloxi casino hotels..
