Hi are there any nice lakes with swimming close to the best western hotel in chaska. |

There is one pretty close to your hotel. It's called the "Clayhole" swimming beach. It is in Fireman's park (go left on W 1st st. out of your hotel parking lot one block to Pine St., Right on Pine, when you get to Hwy 212 Fireman's park is on the other side of the road--a total of about 7 blocks) The catch is that it costs $2 per person to get in. Beach is open 12-6 daily. The next closest beaches would probably be in Chanhassen, Lake Ann is pretty nice. | ||||||

You can go to Lake Minnewashta Regional Park. It's a few miles down Hwy 41. | ||||||
