I'm sure one or two restaurants offer them, at least as a special, but nowhere that is know for them.
One block from the foot of the Bridge in Mackinaw City, the Mackinaw Pastie & Cookie Company is open year around. http://www.mackinawpastie.com/

According to their Facebook page, Lehto's is now open year 'round, several miles west of St. Ignace on US-2. These are the best in my opinion. Looks like they're open 10-5pm.

The Walker family ,who bought Lehto's lastMay, are staying open through this winter, but only Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday.
