We are planning a trip to Capbreton in the beginning of July next year. With kids who like to swim in the sea, do you recommend Cabreton? How is the town like, and how is the weather usually in that time of the year? Many thanks

Yes the beach at Capbreton is good, this SW coast of France is good for waves and surfing but Capbreton normally has the smallest waves so it is nice to swim there. The sea should be warm 20degrees in July, and the weather should be good.

We stayed in Hossegor in August as my sons were looking for better surfing and we really enjoyed the whole coast from Capbreton to Le Penon.

Take a day trip to Biarritz and San Sebastian in Spain, both beautiful towns.
