What's the best way to get into Boston

We will be staying at the Comfort Inn, Woburn, MA and need to go to the GrayLine Transportation Building at 10 Park Plaza in Boston. We don't want to drive through early morning rush hour traffic and pay to park our car in Boston all day. Is it possible to park in a hotel lot all day? Or, is there a bus or subway we could take from Woburn to GrayLine tours? btw, this is our first trip to Boston, so we have no idea how to get around the city. Thanks for any tips/help.

If you plug in "Woburn to Boston" in the box above and change it to "All Forums", you'll see entries for many of the strings where this has been discussed many previous times.

You won't find free parking in hotel lots in town if that's what you mean. Two good resources for you: call the hotel direct and our public transportation website: www.mbta.com.

You could drive south on 93 to Sullivan Station - parking there is pretty affordable - then hop on the T's orange line into the city.
