We had a phenomenal meal last night at the Bartlett Pear Inn, it has only been open for 5 weeks. This place rocks, it is a small, intimate venue in downtown Easton. We enjoyed the Cauliflower soup with Foie Gras and Risotto, a cold tomato salad with ricotta and basil, I had the Rockfish for my entrere which was perfectly prepared and we shared a chocolate souffle for dessert, which was rich and decadant. The food quality is right up there with some of the finer places we have dined in the CA wine country, you can make reservations on opentable, the small dining room was full wen we ate there mid-week.
There is also a new restaurant opening in Easton @ the Tidewater Inn called Tavern, it used to be called The Local. We are loving our first visit to the East Coast, so pretty even tho it has been rainy and lots of great food in the area. :)
