Don't have a GPS, so can't give you direct coordinates, but if your unit will pull up Dock Square in Kennebunkport, Ocean Avenue is one of the three major routes leading away from the square. Once you're actually on the Avenue, St Anns Church and Bush's estate are easy to spot on your right as you drive along (the entire Avenue is only about two miles long so not much chance you'll miss them. If by "Beach" you mean Kennebunkport Beach, it's not on Ocean Avenue, it's in another section of town on Beach Avenue... directly across Rt 9 from where Rt 9A and Rt 35 come in from Kennebunk, just south of Dock Square on Rt 9.

Follow #1 directions....If you want to follow GPS/Google start at The Clam Shack in Dock Square then go to "The colony hotel" then go to Cape Arundel Inn (from here you can view the Bush Estate - pass the Inn and there's a significant pull out with an anchor statue where you can get out)
