Sounds like you've got a plan. I'd suggest following the Ocean Roll on Twitter to make sure they are where you think they are before setting out. Also, call Hurricane and Stripers to see if they take reservations for brunch. Many visitors wait til the last minute to make reservations for dining on the weekend and then they are disappointed. (So if you don't already have reservations at the WBI, better call today!)

Weather is supposed to be best on Saturday. Have a safe trip.

I was a bit disappointed with Federal Jacks. Service was terrible. Food was just OK.

Sounds great! If you don't get the White Barn Inn, I recommend Bandaloop. It's definitely my favorite restaurant in K-port.

Federal Jacks is great for beer, but if you want a late night cocktail - try Hurricanes, Stripers, or Bandaloop. Pedros has a great bar too. Another great dining option would be Pier 77 in Cape Porpoise.

Try to get to Noonan's early around 5 on the weekend since it is a small place and may have a line and a wait. Go there for the lobster and homemade blueberry pie, the rest of the menu is limited.

Your trip sounds great. We've stayed at the White Barn Inn about a dozen times, then tried their sister Inn's, The Beach House, the Breakwater and the Yachtsman, but always reserved one of the nights for dinner at the WBI. It's a fabulous experience. We'll be going this Oct. for our 18th fall foliage trip.

You will get a wonderful breakfast every morning at the WBI We. like Mables for a lobster roll at lunch. Our first night is always at Alisson's in Dock Square, but we've eaten at Hurricane's and of course Stripes.

Have a wonderful time.
