Planning a romatic getaway for our 10 year anniversary..looking for romantic activities, places to go that are open in November...couldnt find any wineries, lobstering/boating is closed for season....othervthan going to Freeport and maybe walking the beach, (and freeport isntexactly romantic) I am at a loss.....
They can be completely over the top...orbsimple...

Some more info... Already booked at White Barn in a cottage, dinner reservations made at WBI and On the Marsh....
Resevations are early, so need to be back at inn by 5 each day.....

No need to go to Freeport to walk the beach - there are beaches in Kennebunkport:

Maybe a couples massage at one of the local spas? (Use the search feature on the site linked above to find spas in the area.)

Good beach walks:
- Walk Dock Square in K-port to the Bush Compound via Ocean Ave(4 miles round trip) or shorten it by parking at the Colony Hotel Beach and strolling toward the Bush's.
- Beach walk at Kennebunk Beach (also called Gooches Beach)
- Drive to Ogunquit and walk "Marginal Way". It is a cliff walk from Perkin's cove to Oguinquit beach
- Drive to Cape Elizabeth and visit Portland Head Light - great for photographs and a nice walk along the cliffs at Ft. Williams Park.
