Kennebunkport - Nonantum/RhumbLine/Mainestay inn with baby

Hi, we are planning 2 nights in kennebunkport as part of a 2 week road trip. We have a 16 month old baby with us, would like any views on the above hotels in terms of child friendliness, value for money and walking distance from town. Thank you!!!
