William came to my location (outside & in the rain part of the day), carefully worked on my car (broken waterpump & shredded serpentine belt in my 4 x 4 Trailblazer) and I was on the road again within several hours! He charged only what he actually paid for parts and a VERY reasonable charge for his labor. If you ever need a reliable mechanic in Lexington, Ky, William is the man to call. It was refreshing to find great service at a fair price - especially when my family was in dire need & we had no other alternatives. What a blessing!
