Need idea for upscale buiness dinner near convention center

I am coordinating a business dinner from out-of-town...need some recommendations near the convention center. We'll need a private room for about 20 to 25. Would like to take care of our guests with upscale, but a few in the group may wear denim. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Great steak house or Italian preferred.

This place was amazing. Has to be equally upscale and quality as any fine dining place in chicagoland.
