Hi,
Do I need to get outside of airport to get to Hilton at terminal 2 at O'Hare? I am specifically asking this whether I have to bear the outside cold weather of chicago in November end while transiting to Hilton from terminal 5.

Nope. You'll take a tram to T2. If it's too cold, you can take the underground walkway to the hotel when you get to T2.
and this underground walkway is weather proof?Also, did you mean "ATS train" by 'tram' to T2 or literally a tram?

Yes, the ATS is the tram. The underground walkway is in the basement of T2.
