hi. i am looking for an affordable hotel as close to grant park as i can get, a three star or above for two females in august. is this a safe area?

You are posting in the Rosemont forum. Rosemont is just outside of O'hare. About a 45-60 minute train ride downtown on the CTA blue line train. Rosemont is perfectly safe. http://www.rosemont.com/hotels.php
