United Center and Midway Airport

We are attending an event at the United Center Saturday evening and fly out of Midway at 7am the next morning. We are looking for a safe place to stay that is $150 or less. Don't want to miss the flight!

A hotel in the Loop area of downtown is best. Easy access to the UC via CTA bus or taxi. Easy access to the CTA orange line train to get you to MDW in about 30-45 minutes. Or take a taxi.

Use www.hotels.com or similar site to see what's available within your budget. You also might consider Hotwire or Priceline.

Definite use a cab that early. Much easier. Trains run less frequent early am especially Sunday.

You could also take a taxi after the show to one of the cluster of hotels at the Midway Hotel Center. http://www.midwayhotelcenter.com/hotels.php There's a free shuttle bus to the airport.

We made reservations at one of the Midway hotels. It sounds fun to 'experience' the train into the event and grab a cab back to the hotel. Less risk of missing the flight in the morning! Thanks everyone!
