Hi! I just read an older post about a hike near Carter's Lake called Tumbling Waters. It said that it was a beautiful & relatively short hike, which, this time, is what we are looking for.
We've rented a cabin outside Ellijay to celebrate our 10th anniversary next week & mostly want to relax.
So my question is, is this a very strenuous hike & does any one have an idea of about how long it takes to hike it? Not looking for hours of hiking this trip.
Also, is tubing good in the Ellijay area or should we pass on that one? Just want to have a few 'low impact' ideas of things to do in case we get bored during the day, but we don't want to be inside, so no movies or anything like that.
