things to do/see with a four year old in WPB

Hi all,

We'll be in WPB in late March for one week and I'm looking for things to do with my four year old, aside from the beach, and Diva Duck tour. We'll go to City Place, too, but are there any other places, day trips we should consider?

Thanks in advance.

Lion Country Safari is a fun possibility. And there's always the Palm Beach Zoo.

Both have websites with more details.

Go to the Loggerhead Marine Life Center in Juno Beach (N on US 1 about 20 minutes). They have live sea turtles that are rehabbing and a great story hour for pre-schoolers. There is a playground there also and, of course, it is right across from the beach. If you rlittle one sits still, you can rent a double kayak and take him out in MacArthur Park on singer Island - lots of jumping fish to see and it is not deep (ck the tide charts). For lunch, stop at Panama Hattie's ( s.e. corner of PGA and Ellison Wilson) and go to the outside Rum Bar. They have sand for your son to run around and play in as well as ring toss games. Meanwhile, you get to have a little adult fun also. It is on the intracoastal and you can watch the boats go by. (kids not allowed after sunset). Also on singer Island, you can eaat at Sailfish Marina. It is a very pretty place and your son can feed the fish - beware of the pelicans though - my grand daughter thought one was going to eat her (he was after her feed fish).
