DO NOT RENT from FOX!!!!!!!! We made a reservation from Sept 1, 2012 for a mini van for March 29, 2013 through April 6, 2013 and had a confirmation number. We got there on March 29, waited 45 minutes (there were only two parties ahead of us), completed the paperwork, declined all the additional "options" and they charged our credit card. We were directed to wait outside and another 45 minutes later were told they did not have a minivan for us but they could give us two cars for the price of one! That would never have worked for us. They called around and finally (another 20 minutes later) they said they found one for us at a competitor's place and they would honor our rate. (Fox credited our card but the credit did not go through until WE WERE BACK FROM VACATION!!!!) We were taken back to the airport and told to get the shuttle to Payless car rental. We did that and picked up our two children (11 & 9) and my parents (75 & 81) who we left with our luggage at the airport. When we arrived at Payless they had no idea what we were talking about and the rate was more than double. We tried to call Fox and got stuck in a recored loop. We tried to call the number that was on the recording if you wanted to talk to a representative and the recording for that number said our call was not able to be put through from our calling area!!!!!! Apparently we were not the first people to encounter this problem. Joe & Sherri at Payless were SOOOOO HELPFUL!!!!!!!! They tried to call Fox but could not find a working phone number for Fox either, but they did work with us and we were able to get the minivan from Payless for just a little more. AVOID FOX and go with PAYLESS.
