It's a quiet little family-oriented complex. Nothing walkable from there, but not too far of a drive to Pier Park...It's toward the west end as well.

Make sure you report people in pool area without the latitude 29 bracelets. We were there until yesterday and there were many people in pool area that were not staying at latitude 29. This made it nearly impossible to use the pool area. I did report it but it was after hours and I do not know if the answering service made management aware or not. At one point there were over 25 people partying in one condo and in the pool area. They had glass beer bottles, etc in pool area. I really hated to see latitude 29 like this. We may go to Destin next year instead.
