Chateau, Driftwood, & Flamingo all have cabana rooms and the views should be comparable from all three. They should all have excellent views.

The trade-off is that this type of room often does not have a private balcony because they tend to be below-ground on the back side...thus, the entry doors are on the beach side.

Of these three, I would recommend Flamingo or Driftwood. Chateau is fine, but farther from Pier Park and tends to host more college-aged guests during the summer months.
