Does any one know of a website or travel agency that has hotel with shuttle, meals, tickets to various attractions all in one?

Expedia

You can choose your flights, hotel, car/transfers. You can get your passes online with Disney or Universal (good savings with Universal).

The airlines will sell you vacation packages (Delta, United, U.S. Air) that include flights, hotel, car/transfers and attraction tickets online. However, Expedia is usually cheaper by a couple hundred dollars.
