i am thinking of going to disney in either the end of April, any time in May or at the end of september beginning of Oct. When is the least crowded time to go?

Thanks for the advice healin1. is it worth spending the additional $ to stay at the animal kingdom lodge or is port orleand riverside just fine?

Hello caitnmike,

Beginning of May isn't too bad either, but the end of September beginning of October is awesome! It's considered one of Disney's least crowded times. May is considered Average attendance.

I would go with the Port Orleans Riverside.

Other great times to visit are the 2nd week of January through the 1st week of February and anytime the week after Labor Day until Thanksgiving and the week after Thanksgiving through the week before Christmas for the least crowded times. The week after Thanksgiving through the week before Christmas are awesome because you are able to see all the beautiful decorations without the crowds!

My favorite resort is the Yacht and Beach Club. It's a short walk to Epcot and a quick boat ride away from MGM. It also has a beautiful 3 acre sand bottom pool. But it is a deluxe resort and can be expensive.

My favorite moderate resort is the Port Orleans Riverside.
